Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Stela Body purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging, with all inner packaging and seals intact

  • Be returned in new, resalable condition

  • Include all items originally received with your order

If you received a replacement item and later decide to return your order, both the original item and the replacement item must be returned. If all items are not returned, we cannot issue a full refund.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


How to Return Your Order

Please include the following information inside your return package:

  • Name used for the order

  • Email address used for the order

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange request

You may include this information on a sheet of paper, your packing slip, or a printed copy of your order confirmation email. Including this information helps us process your return more quickly.

Please Note:

  • The packing slip included with your order is not a prepaid return label.

  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is not required.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return package is valued at $75 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.


Return Processing

Please allow 5–10 business days after your return has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection and processing.

Once your return has been reviewed, you'll receive an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please first check your Junk or Spam folder for our email. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@stelabody.com.


Return to Sender Packages

If your package is refused or returned to us by the shipping carrier ("Return to Sender"), any shipping or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from your eligible refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact support@stelabody.com within 5 days of delivery.

Before contacting us, please verify your packing slip to confirm which items were included with your shipment.

To help us investigate your claim, please include clear photos of:

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

  • The packing slip

  • All packaging materials

  • All items received

Claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Worn

  • Returned without their original packaging

  • Damaged by misuse

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

We begin processing orders quickly so we can get them to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Within the 1-hour window, we can update:

  • Shipping address
  • Recipient Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number


Want to Cancel Your Order?

We understand that plans can change! We’re happy to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to cancel it. However, if you no longer want your order after it arrives, you're welcome to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer FREE Shipping to our valued customers.

How long does shipping take?

All orders include free shipping and are shipped from California within 24 business hours of being placed. Orders within the USA usually arrive within 2-5 days.

What is my tracking number?

This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 1-2 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 3 days after placing your order by contacting support.

 I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?

No problem! We are here for you! Simply contact us at support@stelabody.com with your full name and mailing address, this is for privacy purposes, and we will resend your confirmation number.
