I'm 5' 3" and about 120 lbs. Bra size is 30B and I have what other sites call an "athletic" type. Spaced widely, more muscular, broad, not "pointy". I had to stop wearing traditional bras because of a back issue and things like sports bras just didn't jive with my style so I started looking for nipple covers.
I bought both the AA-A size and the B-C size just in case and prefer the B-C size. the AA-A size seems to be more "pointy" and I just don't like that look for myself. The B-C size covers most of my breast so in a more sheer top, it's almost undetectable since the color doesn't match my skin exactly. And it gives me the rounded look I prefer.
They stick really well. I'm in a high heat/humidity environment but am not particularly active. There are days when I've been outside enough to sweat quite a bit and these babies stay put no problem. When I take them off, the moisture has just accumulated under and within the sticky area. You'll definitely want to wash them and yourself when this happens, but they're more than reliable.
They wash well with just a little soap and lukewarm water. No smell has been retained and they continue to stick well. Will definitely buy again if/when these wear out.
These nipple covers are very nice. They cover, and hide my nipple, so I can wear just about anything. I'm just one happy male with breast, and my nipples don't show.

These covers work exactly as advertised. I wear them inside my regular bra when wearing T-shirts or other smooth fitting clothes. I do not like padded bras, so I was looking for an alternative. These work great!
